As we are getting close to Samsung's upcoming unpacked event in August 2023 everyday there is a new leak regarding Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Watch 6. According to latest leaks Samsung will introduce Exynos W980 chipset with the next Galaxy Watch that will offer around 10% increased performance. Although there is no exact information that how much better CPU or GPU will be. But as we will get closer to unpacked event more information will be here.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 With Exynos W920
Samsung has been using the same Exynos W920 chipset which was introduced with Galaxy Watch 4 back in 2021 and they used the exact same chipset with Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro. As the demand of apps and processing power increases every year there should be a new processor to provide that necessary raw power. Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 is great but often times it stutters a bit only due to a bit slow processor. Let's see what new with this Exynos W980 chipset and hopefully it will be more power efficient too for an even better battery life.
The Galaxy Watch 6 will also feature a bigger and higher resolution screen. The Galaxy Watch 6 Classic will bring back the iconic rotating bezel for which Samsung’s smartwatches have been famous. The two upcoming smartwatches from Samsung will also feature thinner bezels. They also feature slightly higher-capacity batteries compared to their predecessors.
