When Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 PRO were announced Samsung mentioned about the new infrared sensor that could help women to track their ovulation status. This was basically determined by monitoring body temperature and when the temperature was above the base line this could mean now body is about to ovulate. But there was no proper dedicated app for this purpose. Samsung said this can be used via cycle tracking in Samsung Health in a similar way like Apple Watch.

But now you can check out temperature of your Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 PRO or almost any Galaxy Watch using this neat simple trick.

This is basically the temperature of the watch. If you have your watch on your wrist for quite sometime then it will be about the same as of your body temperature. But once again it's not your exact body temperature so take this information with a grain of salt.
